I don't really watch TV a whole lot. I prefer to catch shows online now in my own convenience, but some shows are interesting enough to catch during their a lotted time schedules. Shows such as Lost and Brothers & Sisters (No homo), and now Fringe. JJ Abrams, co-producer of Lost, has taken up a new project in forms of displaying what would happen if science went too far. The pilot was pretty interesting, and it kept you on the same channel even during the commercials. If you haven't seen it yet, be sure to catch the pilot.. I think it should be on their website.
